Marble Falls Pet Passages Family
The Wilbecks and Wootens are long time friends who joined together to bring Pet Passages to the Texas Hill Country.
Scott Wilbeck
Scott grew up on a 4th generation family farm in El Campo, Texas. After graduating from Texas A&M, then working in marketing and retail, Scott eventually landed his dream job as a scuba instructor and boat captain in the Caribbean. He later earned his law degree and has been an attorney in Central Texas since 2010. He still runs the family ranch where they raise grass fed beef in a sustainable farm to table model. Scott and Julie live in Burnet and have 4 kids, one granddaughter, two dogs, two horses, and too many chickens.
Tony Wooten
Tony is a life long resident of Llano and Burnet counties. He spent his career in the telecommunications field and retired in 2024 to focus on Pet Passages. He married Annie in 2004, and they raised their family in Burnet.
Annie Wooten
Annie grew up in Burnet, Texas and is a graduate of Texas Tech University. She has spent most of her career in the utility technology field, and she supports our technology and social media for Pet Passages, Marble Falls.
Julie Frank Wilbeck
Julie grew up in Burnet and has the honor of being the very first Bluebonnet Queen. She also held the Burnet High School track record for the mile from 1986-2023. After graduating from college on a track scholarship, Julie lived in many states before returning to Burnet to be close to her family. She is currently a hospice care coordinator in Marble Falls but was instrumental in developing Pet Passages from a frequent conversation with friends into a real brick and mortar business. Julie doesn’t think she has enough chickens yet.
